This project was developed for the NASA Hackathon in October 2025. Campell is a digital platform designed to help predict and reduce flood impact in Jakarta.
It provides area-specific predictions and suggestions based on selected time and location.
Powered by reinforcement learning, it learns from past reports and actions to deliver more precise insights over time.
